  • Independent artists and producers are expected to compete on platforms designed for constant output, trend-driven content, and short attention spans. Many struggle to balance creative integrity with visibility, often defaulting to low-context or trend-chasing formats that fail to communicate real value or reach the right audience.

  • The strategy focused on balancing reach with relevance. While viral content was achievable, high view counts often failed to translate into meaningful engagement or conversion, reducing analytics to surface-level signals.

    The emphasis shifted toward building a targeted audience through content that communicated value and process without feeling like an ad. Relevance, clarity, and trust were prioritised over scale and reach, resulting in more meaningful long-term engagement.
