Real Job Records is an independent music production project I run, combining artist development, audio production, and short-form content strategy. I use it as both a working label and a live testing ground for creative formats, platform behaviour, and audience engagement.

Case Study: Real Job Records

Case Study Overview

The initial content tested highly shareable formats to understand platform behaviour and reach. While these videos performed well on the surface, they often lacked context around the work itself, leading to a shift toward more production-led formats. The revised approach prioritised clarity and intent from the outset, helping the content connect more directly with the right audience and support more meaningful engagement through a repeatable format.
